He is survived by: his stepmother Linda Higgins of Denton; his wife Debbie Higgins of Tipp City; his daughter Kristen M. Hollis of Tipp City; his brother Mike Higgins (Patty) of Apple Valley, Minnesota.; and his grandchildren, Hunter Hollis, Nicholas, Austin and Haley Fry.
