He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd A. Cooper and Dorothy M. Cooper (Wetzel). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cooper (Dorn); his son Keith E. Cooper (Angela Moore) of Troy; and his siblings, Mike Cooper (Connie) of Troy and Pam Geglein (Dennis) of Tipp City.
