He was predeceased by: his father Ray F. Day; and his sister Glenna Baker. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Day (Griscel); his children, Michael T. Day (Kelli) of Dallas, GA and Sheri L. McCormick (Darren) of Tipp City, OH; and his grandchildren, Lynn Johnston, Aaron McCormick, Colin McCormick, MacyGrace McCormick, Makenzie Spayde (Kyle), Ginnabeth Day and Easton Day. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
