She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Ottis and Lula Mae Foland (Roberts); her husband Herbert C. Smith; her son Derick Steven Smith; and her siblings, Georgia Ann Parsons (William) and Frederick Leroy Foland (Marge).
She is survived by: her sister Barbara Ellen Foland of Troy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home (284 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
