She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Thompson of Tipp City; her grandchildren, Ethan and Christian Couch; and her siblings, Tama Creekmore (Ron) of Dayton, Tina Lyons of Beavercreek, Sue Wilson of Anderson, IN, Patty Hedrick (Mike) of Tipp City, Gerry Smith (Gail) of Daytona, FL and Scott Smith of Tipp City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
