He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Moubray and Betty Moubray (Kemp); and his sister Debra Chambers (Joseph). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Moubray of Tipp City; his sons, Matthew Moubray (Wendi) of Liberty Township, Christopher Moubray (Charlie) of Liberty Township and Todd Moubray (Emily) of Grove City, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Myles and Maeve Moubray.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home (327 W Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home (327 W Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371).
