He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses and Elizabeth; and his brothers, Emerson, William and Donald Ishmael.
He is survived by: his son Larry Ishmael of New Tazewell; his brother Frank Ishmael (Kathy) of Nancy; his grandchildren, Brandon Ishmael (Samantha) of Pleasant Hill and Brittany Otto (Micah) of Tipp City; and his great grandchildren, Trevor, Bryton, Hayden, Makena, Roselyn and Baylor.
