With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Eugene Vance of Tipp City, Ohio, born in Vandalia, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Vance and Lyda Vance (Penny); his wife Margaret Vance (Miller); and his siblings, Carl, Earl, John, Donald, Curtis, Dean Vance, Dorothy Rhoades, Mary Vance and Patricia North.
He is survived by: his son Martin Vance; his granddaughters, Megan Willis (Brad), Melissa Vance and Morgan Marquis (Jack); his great grandchildren, Remi, Hali, Finley, Jackson, Zion, Aubry, Tripp, Legend and Zara; and his brother Victor Vance. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Zerkle Funeral Home (11900 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens (11890 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371).
