He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Palmer of Fairborn, OH; his grandchildren, Rick Bynum (Ashley), Rebecca Baker (Dustin), Robert Bynum, Jamie Bostwick, Justin Bynum, Kristen Bynum and Randi Vance (Steven); and his siblings, Junior Neff, Gary Neff, Carol McNeal, Beverly Crabtree and Marilyn Netzley.
