He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson E. and Vaunceil. He is survived by: his wife Jan Brazel (Wallace); his sons, Robert (Parrish) of Tipp City, Michael (Alana) of Tulsa Oklahoma and Eric (Arianna) of Union; his brother William Brazel of Norton, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Reid, Shepard, Colton, Lillian, Carter, Jenna, Delanie and Braxton.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Miami County, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation or Tipp City Squad.
