It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Dewayne Lewis (Tipp City, Ohio), who passed away on December 12, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Phillip Dewayne's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Phillip Dewayne has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine Lewis; his children, Guy Lewis (Nichole), Connie Lewis-Phibbs (Zach) and Crystal Lewis-Craig (Joe); his grandchildren, Camden Lewis, Ian Lewis, Ryan Phibbs, Ella and Jackson Merritt; his sister Phyllis Rowland (Paul); his parents, Larry Lavaughn and Rosemary Bolin; and his sister Deborah Lewis.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (202 E Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371).
