He was predeceased by: his mother Amber Studebaker. He is survived by: his daughter Allison Gostomsky; his father Tom Gostomsky of Troy; his brothers, Rob Gostomsky of Piqua, Beau Gostomsky of Kansas City and Matt (Nicole Gostomsky); his nephews, Mason, Reece and Hayden of Tipp City; and his niece Tamme DeVer (Ana Gostomsky) of Dayton. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
