He was predeceased by: his parents, George Halderman and Ruth Halderman (Chappius); his sister Betty Heaton; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Halderman, Mary Sluterbeck, Ronald Sluterbeck, Albert "Red" Heaton and Ray Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Halderman (Albers) of Tipp City, Ohio; his daughters, Julie Larger (Kevin) of Vandalia, Jackie Halderman (Chris Legner) of Tipp City and Angie Halderman of Cypress, Texas; his siblings, Phyllis Thompson (Halderman) of Atlanta, George Halderman of Lewisburg, Jim Halderman (Opal) of West Milton and Dick Halderman (Gretchen) of Centerville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ryan Larger (Kristian) of Fairborn and Jake Larger of Denver, Colo.; his stepgrandchildren, Casey and Dan Legner; and his great grandchild Lizzie Larger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
