It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxwell Philip Hoffman of Tipp City, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Kelley Smith Hoffman; his siblings, Jessica Tamborski (Mike Crider), Whitney Plummer (Kyle), Cooper Smith (Lindsay Studebaker) and Hannah Thompson (Jeremy); his grandmother Sylvia Blankenship Smith; his aunts, Amy Hoffman Leighty (James) and Kay Smith Roe (Russ); his uncle Bob Brandenburg (Bonnie); and his nieces and nephews, Kayleigh, William (Jessica), Ellie (Whitney), Oliver and Sylvia (Hannah). He is also survived by numerous cousins and other extended family.
