It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Helen Chafin of Tipp City, Ohio, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Miles. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her mother Gayle of Woodlawn, KY; her children, Christopher Stegner (Amanda) of Tipp City, OH, Jason Chafin of Kettering, OH, Ryan Chafin (Candice) of Xenia, OH and Erinn Ritchie (Jamie) of Fort Thomas, KY; her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Parnell (Janet) of Alexandria, KY and Jerri Lenz (Tim) of Cold Spring, KY; and her grandchildren, Elijah, Dylan, Isabella, Taylor, Braylen, Jocelyn, Lillian, Maysen, Keegan, Charlie and Finley. She is also survived by her family and friends are her furry children.
