She was predeceased by: her father Robert Moats, Sr.; and her sister-in-law Sandy Moats. She is survived by: her children, Eric Scott Harbour (D'Ann) of Troy, Matt Harbour (Liza) of Pleasant Hill and Jennifer Begley of Tipp City; her brother Robert Moats, Jr. of Mt. Gilead; her grandchildren, Drew, Broc, Trey, Eden, Matthew, Grace, Felicity, Thomas and Trenton; and her great grandchildren, Jadyn, Kali, Nile, Wiley, Kessid and Phineas.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
