He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ratcliff (Lehman); his children, Theodore "Ted" Ratcliff of Troy and April Ratcliff Browning of Bradford; his grandchildren, Chase Browning, Wesley Browning, Deven Ratcliff and Callyn Ratcliff; his great grandchildren, Aubree Joe, Macie, Axl, Charlotte and Kyle; and his brothers, Bruce Ratcliff and Bob.
