She was predeceased by: her parents, Daryl Yoakam and Sara Lee Yoakam (Rousey). She is survived by: her husband Larry Lewis; her children, Scott Allan Lewis of Columbus, OH and Shari Smith (Jonathan) of Tipp City; her grandchild Courtney Minton (Ryan); her son Kendall Lewis (Kaylyn); her grandchildren, Jakobi and Jacob Smith; and her brother Jerry Yoakam of Erie, PA.
