She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Risdon and Alma Risdon (Hildebrand); her former husband Gordon Lowe; her son Gordon "Gordie" Thomas Lowe; and her brother Thomas "Tommy" Risdon.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Brassell (Robert); her grandchildren, Jessica, Justin (Bryttany) and Rees; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Kaylea and Brenna; and her brother David (Blanca Risdon).
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Joan to The Hospice of Miami County.
