It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Dee Tharp of Tipp City, Ohio, born in East Carbon, Utah, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leo Tharp; his wife Dorthey Tharp (Tallerico); and his brothers, Willard Tharp and Dick Tharp. He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Priddy (Timothy) of Tipp City; his stepchildren, Jerry Miller (Barbara) of Hooper, UT, Thea Nickodemus (Bruce) of Price, UT and Tresa Christansen (Larry) of Elmo, UT; his siblings, Leroy Tharp (Karen) and Lou Ann Miller; his grandchildren, Matthew Priddy of Louisville, KY, Jodie Zell (Cory) of Troy and Taylor Priddy of Cincinnati; and his great grandchild Andrew Zell of Troy.
