He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Zachary Forrest Gleis and Nicole MeiLan Ann Sandford; and his parents, James Smith and Helen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Smith; his daughters, Sheri Gleis and Lori Sandford (Tim); his sister Patricia Koehl (George); his grandchildren, McKenzie Gleis, McKayla Weihl (Ben), Meghan Gleis and Marissa Gleis; his great grandchildren, Carter, KyLeigha and Bristol; and his granddaughter Ainsley McKamey.
