Plummer of Tipp City, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Westley and Ida Loretta Plummer (Burns); his former wife Joyce Anita Plummer (Longenecker); his wife Johnnie M. Plummer (Tabor); his daughter Kandy; his son-in-law William Kavey of Springboro; his son Gary Plummer of Union Town; his stepchildren, Robert Edward, Lynette Keyes of Garden City, Todd Parham of Westland and John Parham of Tipp City; and his sister Jayne Miller of Englewood. He was also cherished by 2 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren.
