David R. Cook Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David R. Cook of Tipp City, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David R. Cook to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Richard and Alberta Marie Evelyn Polley (Cook); his former wife Carol Sue; his brother Larry; and his stepfather Claude Polley.
He is survived by: his brother Fred; his children, Dianne Lytle and Chad D. Cook (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Jessica Lytle, Matthew Lytle, Ethan Cook and Samantha Cook; his great grandchildren, Allison Kinzig, Abigail Nickels, Kaleb Lytle and Emma Lytle; and his wife Susie. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
