He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Frye; and his sister Rita Wetzel. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Linda Sluder, Michael Oblinger (Soraya), Michelle Oblinger, Jeffrey Sr. Oblinger (Kim), Theresa Vandersluijs (Charles), Michael Bonkowski and Melea Butcher (Joel); his brother Dan Oblinger (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Sluder, Shaundra Fyre, Robert Frye, Jeffrey Oblinger Jr., Benjamin Oblinger (Maria), Derek Vandersluijs (Stacy), Alex Vandersluijs (Paige) and Gretchen Vandersluijs-Wolfe (Patrick). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and very good family friend.
