He was predeceased by: his parent Leilah G. Fay; and his wife Virginia Fay (Lukens). He is survived by: his children, David Fay (Linda) of Christiansburg, Sue Manis (Ron) of Troy and Mike Fay (Susan) of Troy; his grandchildren, Brandon Fay (Lindsey), Jacob Fay (Sheila), Tyler Fay (Anna), Ryan Fay (Kyra), Allison Fay, Erika Moore (Jeff), Andrea Miller (Lance) and Luke Manis; and his close friends, Charles (Charlie), Susie Lyons, David, Norma Loudenback, Frank, Layanna Wayman, John and Pat Looney.
