She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard and Frances; her brother Rick Apple Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Raymond L. Akers and Margie Cundiff.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Cundiff of Tipp City; her children, Randy Cundiff of Dayton, Teresa Cundiff (Manger) of Tipp City and Jaci Cundiff of Arizona; her siblings, Ben Apple (Kathy) of Colorado and Rae F. Thompson; and her grandchildren, Morgan, Taylor and Hannah Cundiff. She is also survived by her family, especially her husband and grandkids.
