Betty M. Baum Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty M. Baum (Tipp City, Ohio), born in New Carlisle, Ohio, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty M. Baum to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harley Reed Baum Jr.; her parents, Olen Wray and Martha Wray (Brubaker); her son James Allen Baum; her sister Mary Alexander (Wray); and her close friend Tom Smith.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Baum (Patrice) of Manitou Springs and Jeff Baum (Denise) of Troy, Ohio; her daughter-in-law Karen Henry Baum of Richmond, Kentucky; her brother William Wray (Joan) of Fairborn, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Abby Ramos (Bryan), Zachary Baum (Beth), Emily Baum Brian, Andrea Baum and Erin King (Brad). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the American Legion Post #586 (377 N 3rd St, Tipp City, OH 45371).
