It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty J. Van Horn of Tipp City, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Gilleland and Fern L. Gilleland (Iams); and her husband Russell F. Van Horn. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Latta (Ed) and Steven Van Horn (Debbie); her grandchildren, Jessica Lucous (Justin) and Joshua Keyes (Diann); her siblings, Joan Sutherland, Ned Gilleland (Sandra) and Barbara Manfredi; and her sisters-in-law, Irene Gilleland and Romaine Gilleland. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
