She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Martindale and Marie Martindale of Bloomfield, IN.; her husband Forrest Hempy; and her son Rick Terrell. She is survived by: her daughter Robin Terrell of Vandalia, OH; her brothers, Ivan Martindale (Kathy) of Bloomington, IN and John Martindale (Suzan) of Blue Bell, PA; and her grandchildren, Ryan Terrell (Casey) of Summerville, SC and Alex Terrell of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests NO flowers and asks that memorial contributions be made to the Alzehimer's Association or Heartland Hospice in Betty's memory.
