She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. Moses and Dorothy E. Hulburt (Holbert); her husband Glen Bailey; her son John Baltes; and her granddaughters, Monica Bailey, Lori Bailey and Lydia Baltes.
She is survived by: her children, Ronda Bennet (Tom), Randy Bailey and Tim Bailey (Teresa); her daughter-in-law Lydia "Chris" Baltes; her grandchildren, Danielle Ware, Raizor Sharp (Heather), Dylan Sharp, Raichel Sharp, Savannah Hess (Ryan), Christian Bennet, John Baltes, Shannon Glover (Jody), Brad Bailey (Amber), Scott Bailey, Mathew Bailey, Adam Bailey (Linsey) and Michael Bailey; and her daughter Leiko Inui (Takashi). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Barbara to the Humane Society.
