He is survived by: his wife June "Jackie" Tremblay (Cooper); his children, Martha Cohen (Jeff) of Portsmouth and Matthew Tremblay (Courtney) of Gahanna; his brothers, Doug Tremblay (Wanda) of Troy and Gary Tremblay of San Diego, CA; his brother-in-law Nic Cooper (Jane); and his grandchildren, Emily, Eli and Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
