She was predeceased by: her parents, William Prewitt and Minnie Prewitt (Reynolds); her husband George M. Provins; and her sister Norean Baird. She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Bryant (Ralph) of Xenia and Dianna Clutter (Thomas) of Tipp City; her grandchildren, Anthony Cook (Megan), Nicholas Clutter (Katie) and Jessica Kunk (Dustin); and her siblings, Ruby Blevins of Harlan Co, KY and Edward Hembree of Mansfield. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
