We bid farewell to Anna Margaret Simmons (Tiltonsville, Ohio), born in Athens, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 9, 2025 at the age of 22. Anna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Anna leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her parents, David Simmons and Melissa Simmons; her brothers, Brookhart (Spencer), Jonathan (Noel) and Spencer (Blakely); and her grandmother MaryAnn Simmons.
She took a gap year before starting at MIT (during the Covid pandemic) and chose to work on farms in Vermont and Hawaii.
