He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Moore and Hazel Moore (Sours); and his siblings, Gene Moore and Clara Runion. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Miletti); his daughters, Diane Scheiber (Rock) of Tiffin, Maryanne Moore-Heilman (Mick) of Berwick, Susan Flechtner (Guy) of Tiffin, Amy Shetterly (Tim) of Tiffin and Lee Ann Anese (Tony) of Republic; his brother Bill Moore of Urbana; and also Michael Miletti (Alphonsine). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Stein Hospice or to the American Alzheimer's Association.
