He is survived by: his wife Elaine K. Baugher; his children, Jeff Thom (Amy) of Bloomville, Julie Yoder (James) of Tiffin and Jill DeVore (Greg) of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Samantha, Alisha, Emily, Caleb Yoder, Drake and Decker DeVore; and his siblings, Carol Wyss (Dennis) of Tiffin and Carl Thom, Jr. (Linda) of Tiffin.
