She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Ray and Mary Lou Ratliff (Payne); her husband Larry Bulkowski; and her brother Chester D. Ratliff. She is survived by: her daughters, Kisha Ratliff (Jason Hurst) of Tiffin and Amber Bulkowski (Nate Jividen) of Tiffin; her sisters, Barb Ratliff of Tiffin, Sharon Ratliff of Tiffin and Brenda Ratliff of Tiffin; and her grandchildren, Eligh Hurst, Nevaeh Peck, Mia Botton, Eyan Hurst, Karmella Jividen and Izaiah Jividen.
