He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Banks; and his sister Nicole Renee Banks. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Banks (Feasel) of Tiffin; his children, Chad Banks of Tiffin and Breanna Whittum of Toledo; and his brothers, Ronald Banks of Tiffin and Larry Banks of Tiffin. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
