She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Carter and Donna Carter (Lee); her former husband Robert Norville; and her brothers, John and Edward "Ted" F. Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Norville, Jr. of Tiffin, Timothy Norville (Faith) of Tiffin and Terry Norville (Veronica) of Tiffin; and her siblings, Troy Carter of Tiffin, Tracy Carter of New York and Darlene Ward of Tiffin. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
