We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2022, at the age of 54, Stephanie M. Chavez of Tiffin, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father David E. Hedden. She is survived by: her mother Sharon A. Hedden (Heck) of Tiffin; her spouse Emilo Chavez; her close friend Scott Cook of Tiffin; her son Josh Chavez; and her brother Chris Hedden (Jennifer) of Toledo.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County or to Stein Hospice.
