It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon C. Richey of Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Melroy and Violet L. Melroy (Dull); her stepfather Franklin J. Shoemaker; and her sisters, Barbara Hickman and Mary Daiber.
She is survived by: her children, John Richey (Laurie) of Tiffin, Michelle Fritsch (Greg) of Berkey and Cheryl McKenrick (Dan) of Montrose, CO; her siblings, Frank Shoemaker (Becky) of Arlington, TX, Richard Shoemaker (Deb) of Streetsboro, Paul Shoemaker (Bridget) of Tiffin, Tom Melroy (Paula) of Benton, Ohio, Tracy L. Shoemaker of Tiffin, Nancy Justice of Galion, Elaine Heitzman of Galion and Jean Randolph of Bucyrus; her brother-in-law Larry Daiber of North Robinson, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Nathan Richey and Brianna McMahon (Pat).
