He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Neeley and Martha Neeley (Hammersmith); and his brother Kevin Neeley. He is survived by: his former spouse Jody Laugherty; his children, Stefan Neeley (Brittany) of Columbus, Seth Neeley (Karen) of Ann Arbor, MI., Elijah Neeley of Columbus and Kyrie Neeley of Salem, OR; his sisters, Christine Sewell (James) of Castle Rock, CO. and Linda Neeley of Tiffin; and his grandchildren, Cecilia Neeley, Graham Neeley and Mei Neeley. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
