He is survived by: his son Scott B. Fowler (Carrie Guttenberg) of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Shyanna (Ky) of Delta, OH, Tyler Fowler (Michelle) of Fremont, Dillion Fowler of Tiffin, Brandon Fowler (Cassie) of Tiffin, Stephanie Young (Cody) of Tiffin, Carrie Fowler of Tiffin, Courtney Fowler of Tiffin, Lauren Mullholand (Jonathan) of Tiffin and Blaise Wagner (Fowler) of Delaware, OH; and his siblings, Terry Fowler of Tiffin and Vickie Moore (Gary) of New Washington. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
