She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaylord Webb and Dorothy Rosemary Webb (Elchert); her husband Virgil A. Holbrook; her daughters, Delta Holbrook and Donna Mitsch; and her siblings, Bob, Bill Webb and Mary Catherine Webb.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Hemminger (Larry) of New Riegel; her siblings, Millie Jackson (Joe Holcomb) of Tiffin, Freddy and Eddy Webb of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Levy Hemminger (Makaila) of New Riegel, Spencer Hemminger (Luc Duffey) of New Riegel and Hunter Hemminger (Edward Ardner) of New Riegel; her great grandchild Scarlet; and her son-in-law Kevin Mitsch.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory (236 S Washington St, Tiffin, OH 44883). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (777 Old Attica Rd, Tiffin, OH 44883).
