Rose Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2020, at the age of 93, Rose Carter of Tiffin, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Bour and Blondina Bour (Rappelt); her husband James F. Carter; her daughters, Karen Ann Hill and Cindy Koch; her grandchildren, Holly Marie Gongwer and Andrew Lee Smith; and her siblings, Dan, Jim Bour, Jeanne Kieffer, Mary James and Betty Bender.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Spade Bravo of Mapleton, GA, Mary Rose Smith, Joline M. Gongwer of Tiffin and Jeff Carter of Tiffin; and her friend Rita Goshe. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or to Meals on Wheels.
