He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Wentz and Barbara Wentz (Nemire); his spouse Connie Leers; his children, Nicholas Wentz (Kendra) of Gilboa and Brianne Culver of Upper Sandusky; his stepchildren, Jennifer Carter (Jeremy) of Fremont, Tabetha Yates (Ronnie) of Seaside, OR., Cory Corbin of Clyde and Jason Mathis; his siblings, Rick Wentz of Leipsic, Rob Wentz of Georgia and Connie Buehrer (Mark) of Leipsic; and his sister-in-law Karen Wentz of Findlay.
