She was predeceased by: her children, Jamie Cooley and Amesha Cooley; and her brother Dennis Athy. She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Athy (Shirley) of Attica and Alverta Kuhn (Jim) of Attica; her husband Brian; her sons, Jason Cooley (Megan) of Lucas, OH and Daniel Young of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Anthony Cooley, Lymesha Cooley, Jalyn Cooley, Baylee Mullins and Aven Cooley; her siblings, Raycine Knodel (Wes) of Warren, MI and Paul "Fred" Athy; and her close friend Evone Curry of Tiffin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home (135 N Washington St, Tiffin, OH 44883). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask you to purchase blankets to later be donated to local people in need.
