He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Tuttle and Elizabeth Tuttle (Livers); his former wife Alice Siebenaller; his brother Ronald Tuttle (Pat); his children, Theresa Tuttle (William Palczewski) of Grand Rapids, MI and William Tuttle (Kristin) of Bowling Green, OH; and his siblings, Alice Faye Frye (Toots) and Larry Tuttle. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
