He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin L. Hoffman and Mable A. Hoffman (Biller); his wife Patricia A. Durdel; and his siblings, Larry Hoffman, Vonda D. Hoover, Ruth Brown and Judy Romanowski.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith L. Hoffman (Crystal Strait) of Tiffin, Robert L. "Bob" Hoffman of Tiffin and Jason D. Hoffman (Desiree Pope) of Tiffin; his brothers, James Hoffman (Polly) of Tiffin and Duane Hoffman (Christina) of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Jourdan, Henry, Rose, Chloe and Rhee.
