He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Peter and Helen Catherine Haefling (Huffmon); his grandparents, Jim and Mary Huffmon; his daughter Jan Marie; his grandchildren, Kimberly Saleh (Jaime), Erin Bettles (Loren), Alexandria Blalock (Price), Ariel Burley, Addison Carlton (Luke), Zachery Burley (Amanda), Joshua (Kristen) and Matthew Jaco (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Cayden, Cooper Saleh, Bradley, Audrey Bettles, Eli, Raegan Blalock and Charlie Jaco; his sisters, Jean Miller (Dan) of Fremont, Clarann Wise of Tiffin, Mary Fran Young of Tiffin and Kathleen Wise (Louis) of Tiffin; his sister-in-law Bernice Saam of Fremont; his friend Joan Smith; his brother Louis F. Haefling; and his sons-in-law, Steven McLaughlin and Glen Lorenz. He was also cherished by 29 nieces and nephews, many cousins.
Visitors are asked to wear masks and social distance as they walk through, pay respects, and exit without lingering.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, Calvert Catholic Schools or to a charity of the donor's choice.
