He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis L. Fey and Irma Fey (Reese); his brothers, William Fey (Jane Kemp) and Jim Fey; and his brother-in-law Thomas Waters.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fey of Tiffin; his children, Ron Fey and Wendy Fey of Tiffin; his siblings, Lois Waters of Slingerlands, NY and Steven (Tami Cowden) of Las Vegas, NV.; and his nieces and nephews, Dawn Myres, Edward Waters, Martin Fey and Kate Fey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Museum.
